This is an Indian film, released in 1989, and featuring Kamal Hassan singing a song called Raja Kaiya Vecha.
The part of the film featuring the song was recorded in the closed Standard Motors factory where the Standard 2000 had been in production - basically a Rover SD1 supplied as a knock down kit by Austin Rover in the UK, and assembled in India using locally sourced engines and gearboxes etc.
Possibly the production lines were also from the Rover factory in the UK, after the car went out of production here in 1986.
Luckily containers full of unused parts were brought back to the UK recently by Rimmer Bros, to keep the UKs 600 roadworthy SD1s going.
