I'm sure you know I've been trying to get this on the site for a while, but here's a link to the music video for the 1998 Sloppy Seconds song "15 Minutes or It's Free."

As you can see, there's a 1963 Chevrolet Bel Air which is three stars, and a 1995-1997 Ford Crown Victoria that has the same ratings.
So is this a lost cause, or is it actually possible to capture some images from this?

You can download the video from youtube as flv or mp4 video using youtubedownloaderhd or jdownloader (be sure to take the highest size available for the video) then do the captures with MPC-HC or VLC like from any other video file.

Well, I'm only able to download YouTube videos onto RealMedia. If they're anything like my captures of "Hear," by Moonpools and Caterpillars it doesn't seem very promising.
