So the list is:

Studebaker
Nash
Plymouth
Hudson
AMC
Oldsmobile
Edsel
Eagle
Delorean
Saab
Sterling
Hummer
Saturn
Geo
Daihatsu
Merkur
Scion

It's a weird list. Some of those are not really missed. Plus where's Pontiac? DeSoto? Rambler? International Harvester? Kaiser? Triumph? They would certainly be more missed than Merkur or Geo.

@night_cub. Agree, Pontiac should be there. Also, no mention of Mercury either?

@night cub: International Harvester Company disappeared as corporate name, but as their vehicles were mostly promoted, badged and sold as International (i.e. without Harvester), they didn't get a new make name when IHC became Navistar International Corporation: pre- and post 1986 vehicles are all "International trucks", not IH models and then 1986+ "International only" ones.
International Harvester shouldn't be used as make name, in fact.

I don't know of any American who misses Daihatsu, in fact, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who remembers it existed. :alarmclock116:
