Polish Golf...
Is "Rabbit" a local special edition or some sticker added by owner because of the name on older (and newer) US market ones?

Quite likely it's an Austrian version. Over there the name "Rabbit" was used for some versions of the Golf I and from the Golf III onwards.

On Friday i saw a rare "BW"-number plate. This does neither mean Bundeswehr (german military, they use the letter Y) nor Baden-Württemberg (their police have BWL). I was also confused because the car didnt look military. So i googled it and found out that it is reserved for marine management companies. It also had the WISAG company logo.
Here is a sample image so that you know how it looks. I didnt take it so only the link:

BW number plate is very rare, as most marine companies use ordinary plates.

Naah, it's not too rare, as this authority

is responsible for the whole infrastructure of all navigable canals and rivers in Germany.

Now a rare sight from yesterday, spotted on the Autobahn A40 in Dortmund - if I'm not wrong, it's from
