Does everyone see this 1958 Chevy Impala:

If you take a close look at it, you'll see it has the cowl insignia of a 1959 Chevrolet Apache pickup.

I'm not sure, that it was Impala. Maybe not even a Bel Air.

Looks like Biscayne trim to me.

Okay, but you have to admit the Apache pickup trim makes it unconventional.

Now, here's something else that's odd. Ever see the 2014 sci-fi black comedy "Space Station 76?"
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2369317/

There's a scene from the movie where one of the ships docking at the refueling station looks like a Peterbilt 352. Of course, that's deliberate, because the character who drives it is listed as "Trucker."

I never though that was allowed here. Then again, if you'd allow Star Wars, I should've know this would be allowed too.

While we're on the subject of trucks commonly used as tractor trailers, I never knew they could be so small.

Not from the digital world, but from a book (Jean-Gabriel Jeudy's Only in a Jeep : cinquante ans d'histoire d'amour franco-américain), a weird crossbred: a Willys MBR4 Fourgonnette

Do they actually take people's bodies to funerals with this in London?

Wow. So all my old childhood fears about how easy it is to fake being a school bus turned out to be valid after all.
:wam:

Just kidding. Obviously these kids are going to school in style.

It's a spoof on the Harold and Maude XK-E Hearse, with the same practical space limitations - only short shallow coffins (dwarves and children who have been run over by steamrollers) and nowhere for undertakers to put their tall hats. As steamroller casualties are fairly rare these days, it probably only has limited use, but reassuring to know that Hearses R'Us is ready for any eventuality and can offer an express delivery service if required..

"Hey, nice Frontier! Where'd you get those decals and especially that wing mirror? Never seen those before..."

(The joke being that it is a JDM version in the US, not that I didn't know it was sold in Japan as well)
