First Vehicle ever driven: When I was about 11 yrs old,an older cousin(16)let me try(did well actually??)to drive an old ('59??)Ford F-100 down a striaight stretch of a Farm to Market road(or was it a County Road??) in E.Texas.(family reunion)Few years later I "formally" learned to drive in parents '75 LTD & took -first- driving test in a NEW Fairmont owned by the School District(in Alabama)as a Driver's Ed car...which had a steering failure while "between the poles" during parallel test!! (had to take up poles,car had to be towed out!!) Re-took in the LTD,I passed it perfect!
