And of course, the admin list should still be changed sometime so it lists you as the Chief Admin 
I already added that some times ago just above the admins list.
By the way the ex-admin section (which you might as well have for people who never come here anymore) should be called "Retired Admins" or "Former Admins" rather than "Ex-admins".
Sure, "ex-admins" was just a temporary name. I do not know what would be the best.
I also think that 1 year is the minimum. Some waited several months before coming back as they had lots of work (e.g. Alexander or Wrenchhead, if I remember well).
Also Saturn Simon only made 4 comments in 2007 (on one day) and he isn't listed as a picture contributor on any films.
I guess he is admin because he was identifying many cars at the time we did not had many members able to identify US cars, but that changed now.
Anyway before removing admin rights to those who do not come on the site, I'll contact them to ask if they plan to come back or not.
