I wouldn't say that, the amount that we drank was minuscule. My friend in this picture barely drinks at all. Right in front of us is a fire tower that is open to the public. We spent a lot of time up there before I actually drove. Plus, the gravel road is so long until the highway (and with very little traffic) there isn't much danger. This sign has to do with people not drinking at the top of the fire tower. Marijuana on the other hand...
