There aren't so many pictures with naked people.
Most were just actress pictures which are anyway useless for the site subject, and give a strange style to the site, so to me these can go.
Only problem is when there is also a car on the picture. I censored some of the pictures in such case:

These cars are not especially from porn movie, so even listing these movies separately won't change the problem (and most of the cars listed for such movies cause no problem as they do not show people)
