This one requires to answer to a kind of captcha with a question written in Polish: not really useful / easy to use for those who don't speak Polish or don't have a translation plugin in their browser... Moreover, and unless I don't understand how it works or used a wrong part of it (which is indeed possible ), it just check if a car with a specific plate number is up to date in his insurances contributions on a specific date, so the answer is just (more or less) yes or no. What's the usefulness of this for the identification of a car?

Do you seriously check the tools you suggest, Gamer, or do you just guess their use when you see a text field near the word "plate" written in a foreign language? For now, all the suggestions you made in this thread look like being non-functioning, almost impossible to use, useless or merely irrelevant...
