For the Tempo, i have no merit, one of my friend's dad had a partly working 1985 blue one..
the blue one with the open hood makes me think of a late 70's Corolla too but i was sure ( for an unknown reason ) that somebody would tell me Datsun ( probably because i forgot most of what they look like.. )
