I forgot that one. I never saw the chase before in either movie, but I just got myself Top of the World (for 0,00$, as usual), I'll have to check out that chase. 
Btw, that's another Nu Image example. 
Then, there's Fatal Justice (1994), a REALLY bad American-Independent production which not only reuses two car scenes from earlier A-I production Terminal Force (1989), but also takes footage from a Texas stuntmen group demo reel.
Not to mention the speeding Mustang scene in Capricorn One (1977) ending with the car driving off the open drawbridge into the waters below. I saw it reused in an episode of The Fall Guy (wotta surprise...), and the fall-off-the-bridge alone was reused in an episode of Hardcastle and McCormick, doubling a Mercury Cougar in a car chase.
