This looks like some rare stuff.
A 1973-75 Ford F-Series Ambulance modified by NAPCO.
This truck was spotted in Tamanrasset, south Algeria.

Has only about 9000 miles.

Engine is a 360CID, 5.9L V8, (FE613AA)




Ford F-Series are rare in Algeria, and especially this generation, very rare!
