I don't read Commercial Motor, so don't have a spare copy or know much about it. Scrambling around with some googling suggests it's a weekly published every Thursday, and the one you want was dated 8 August - https://www.commercialmotor.com/news/product/get-scoop-world’s-leading-ice-cream-van-manufacturer - so it's been and gone once (15 Aug issue) and about to be twice (22 Aug). So unlikely to still be around on shop shelves - I'll look and if I find a copy, it's yours, but not optimistic. And it's a 9-page article (see final comment below).

I don't know if Sunbar or JCB are forum browsers and therefore whether they'd see this, but they're possibly the most likely imcdbists to be CM readers - you could try flagging them on the main site.

Or try contacting CM direct - there's a customer query page - https://myaccount.dvvsubs.com/rtmsubs/myaccount/needhelp.aspx - they can presumably send you a hard copy or maybe a pdf (perhaps they'd just send you the 9-pages as a freebie if you ask very nicely??).
