About the French plates:
- plaques-immatriculation.info has slightly changed. It's now https://plaques-immatriculation.info/date-par-numero (with https & without www). Should work from everywhere (I tested it from Japan, Netherlands and USA thanks to a VPN);
- regarding to French law (fr), moteur-occasion.com and yakarouler.com are still giving illegal info (worth a € 300.000 fine - fr).
