Unfortunately, this doesn't really help with identification, as many of these trucks were built in the United States, and thus, without a legitimate license plate or VIN we have no way of knowing. Just an interesting little tidbit and something I didn't know until a few months ago.

Here's a few more I've found:

2002 F-350 Lariat Crew Cab Long Bed. This one is also equipped with the 7.3-liter Powerstroke diesel V8 engine.
