In the last days I encountered two vehicles from SAIC Motor, so it seems they sell cars in Europe (or at least in Belgium) 
Their belgian importer isn't an unknown player.

Basically the continuation of Moorkens, who used to import Mitsubishi in BeLux.
by the way I see that there is also a ZS model, which seems to match the one I saw - not a EHS then.
The ZS was shown on MG's booth at the 2020 Brussels Motor Show. It did generate some interest back then, but I don't remember seeing one on the roads. But then again I don't drive much these days.
