Thank you. Well, about two years ago, our basement flooded, and we ended up dismantling it so we could reconfigure it. We just haven't gotten around to rebuilding it.

You know, your model train set reminds me of the model train set I have in my basement. I guess I haven't shown any pictures of it here yet, I often forget it’s even there since we never use it anymore.
It is the slightly smaller "HO" gauge train set, but otherwise it's quite similar to Snookie's “O” gauge set:

I would like to visit that unbelievable model-train-set (the worlds biggest):
http://www.miniatur-wunderland.de/
, but until now I wasn't able to make it. One ugly detail: it's so popular, that sometimes you have to wait for hours(!), until you can enter the exhibition.

Yvon lives in Luxemburg, but as I remember, he is French.
Unfortunately you don't have a usable search-function for members and their postings in the database, so I'm right now unable to find his profile to verify it.

Have you tried Google?

I did. All results were related to the location in Hamburg, except that one:

But Cincinnati is not in Europe.

Wasn't he Belgian? At least he was living in Belgium when he joined the site as admin, as I discussed by phone with him to explain him how to post pictures.

Fortunately, nothing was lost, but we had to clear out the place to air it out. Yeah, as of now, that's the only small pieces of the layout I have. And yes, you did see a Clio and a Renault 5. I added those two cars to give the traffic some pizzaz. (And as a reference to Die Hard 3)
