No, they are too "high". They should be 640x346 as this is a "widescreen" movie (1.85)

how do I do that
how I got the pics this size is I captured the image batch converted it
and Resized it to 640x480 on xnview removed the lines at the top and uploaded them

For this one it should have been 640x346, as I said, since it is a widescreen movie.
btw you resized to 640x492, not 640x480.

The height is good but the width is too small. Check if there isn't an option "keep ratio" that you could turn off where you enter the new picture size, so it allows you to enter any size (that depends on the movie, i.e. it is not the same for all the movies)

so antp if its a Widescreen movie it 640x346 but for a normal dvd its 640x480

Yes it is good now
The ratio depends on the size of the original picture/movie.
Usually for series the ratio of width/height = 1,33 or 1,66
For movies it is 1,85 or 2,35
There is no absolute rule.
