I guess it's the symbol of "Falange" (Spanish political party)

Thanks Wickey, I have a different 'logo' on mine - it says:
CÆSARIS CÆSATI. DEI DEO
where the CÆSATI. is in the place of the J.O.N.S.

Thoughts?
