Here's one of a number of pics I took of a 1986 Buick Regal Stage 1 with a 455 engine. I repeat; This is a 1986 Stage One!

The owner built it himself at the former Buick factory he used to work in. Don't think I won't post more.

Here's a close-up of the the grille logo, but this guy didn't just slap on a few logos.

Can I use the Upload for commnets feature here?

That's a DAC 117 UD from Romania. I wonder how it ended up in New York.

If that's the case, I'd rather just use the "Attach a File" function myself.

In the meantime, here's a shot under the hood.

I'm not sure what this is, although I've seen these before, but it appears to be connected to the tachometer over the dashboard.
16/08/2012 @ 00:15:30: Ddey65: interesting/funny/special cars sightings
And the last scene of this car, unless I can edit something of it from a video I took.

As it seems, is the Mercedes Econic garbage-truck from the local company broken. So the had to take a Dutch rental truck.

Look at all that rust some of those cars have since Illinois has a cold climate during the winter and the excessive use of rock salt to melt snow on roads, which causes rust to steel. I doubt many of these cars still exist today after 20 years, most have been probably scrapped by now.
20/08/2012 @ 13:45:09: rjluna2: interesting/funny/special cars sightings
Every now and then when I see cars on the road in Georgia where I live now with surface rust like these pictures I posted, I muttered myself saying that "You are not around from here!"

The Jensen is intriguing - badge looks as if it reads Jensen SP. Only one SP ever sold new in US - http://www.richardcalver.com/article_sp.htm . If badge is not SP, I can't think of a different designation that would fit - only 1 FF was sold in US, but it then went to Aus.
