I saw a lifted orange (!) first-generation Ford Bronco the other day.

Who wants to see a Volvo 9700 bus in the USA?! It just so happens that I saw one on I-75 this afternoon.

The car is odd too. It is a Bora Estate, which we only got sold as a Golf with the Golf front end. Did Germany get both of these (which would be pointless), or did they not get the Golf version?
From what I remember, in Belgium we had both, and indeed it was strange as they were nearly identical.
As they were made in Germany I suppose that they were both sold there too.
From Wikipedia:
In Europe, the estate version was sometimes sold as part of the Golf line, either in addition to or instead of the Bora. Other than different front bumpers, fenders, headlights, and hood, the cars were identical. In some countries were sold both Golf and Bora Variant.

Yes, here we had both versions. I think, in all EU-countries were sold them parallel.

Except in Finland we didn't get the Bora Estate at all

Two popular models of "today" and "yesterday", but in unusual versions:
1. Polish reg. Suzuki Reno = Chevrolet Lacetti rebadged for the US and Canada.
2. Much older private import from the era of black plates - Renault Alliance - ultra RARE:
"Waiting for dead" appearance - pity, as it could be interesting and exotic youngtimer.
EDIT: Imageshack lost the pics - dead links have been removed.

@Sandie : we should not help them, these are usually people asking help here for winning quizzes, we just end up having endless posts about that.

Okay.
It's been ages since I saw one of these and it was only when I looked at the photo just now that I realised it was a LHD one registered 5 years after they stopped selling them here (they remained available until the Nuova Panda came out in some markets):

At the world's biggest IMCDb-user-meeting ever -unfortunately you'd been two days too late for that

- I was even asked, why I never have shown ambitions for being an admin. Then I could do that by myself. But my opinion hadn't changed: it's more comfortable, if you just can nag and vituperate and let the other do the work

Have you tried to change the places with the two teddybears? Hopefully not, I cannot recommend that, after my traumatizing experiences, once in a Nissan Copen and annother time in a Thurner RS.
