Well, I've been thinking and I was wondering if anyone would be serious about creating an Internet Cartoon Cars Database? I know there's been talk about it on the site, but it doesn't seem like anyone has actually been getting down to business about it. I would definitely be willing to help, I mean I'd do what I could since I'm certainly no expert at running a site or any really technical things like that

So anyway, would anyone be willing to contrbute and/or help run such a site?

Since some time I wanted to "split" cartoons/drawing from IMCDb, by listing them separately.
But I still haven't taken the time for that.
If such site appears as a separate site, I guess we would delete them from IMCDb ?

So antp, are you saying that you don't want to crate a whole seperate site (like IGCD) but just somehow seperate the cartoon cars to a different part of IMCDb?

I say that if I do it myself I rather make some special section on imcdb rather than a separate site.
But if someone wants to make a separate site himself, I fully agree with that.

Hey Guys!! i made the site!! now it's still alot of work right now, but i would like it if you could link my site to IMCDB, like IGCD, and IMPDB!! i'd love it if you colud help me out with it! sincearly, Lee R.

I'll also accept cartoons from TV too.

so is anyone interested in registering?

Sure, I could scan in all my comics and put them on there, no? But I don't see why you're listing Catsville, after all, you created it (fair enough) but it hasn't been published which is why I'm pondering about it. That would probably mean I could list all the cars I drew in my cartoons - and I'm talking about a lot. But it's all up to you, you're the boss - and good job btw

I do not think that a photo album site like this is a good way to make this kind of site: how do you browse it by car make/model? (which is one of the point of making such site...)

@ Lateef, sure go ahead!. @antp, thats the one thing i'm trying to fix, but please, link my site with yours. I'll try and make it really good, so it wont look bad on your site or anyhting, i wish it could be like IMCDB, but i think the current website for ICCDb is good enough.

Actually antp, i think i just solved that problem, go to Photo Gallery, where it says 'search photos' and type the show, or car in, and it pulls it up!!

also adding aircraft to!!
18/02/2011 @ 22:21:29: Zodiak: ICCDb
Do webcomics count as well? If so. I would like to add my own webcomic, which features some cars.
19/02/2011 @ 04:36:09: Step Van Fan2: ICCDb
@Zodiak Yes, Yes they do. Add what you wish

If theres aircraft in your webcomics, you can add those to.
21/02/2011 @ 00:12:31: Zodiak: ICCDb
Sorry, I have no planes yet. The comic itself is here.

There are more cars in the fanzine itself, but it is a pdf.download, while the comic is online.
