I came across this brief behind the scenes video showing a police car from a by-all-accounts rubbish thriller called Thr3e, which is an American film but was shot in Poland (Lodz and Warsaw). Although it's dressed to look like an American police car, it isn't a Crown Victoria or Caprice, or even, as far as I can see, a Taurus or Tempo. 
I may be completely wrong, but I suspect that it's a non-American model customised to be less recognisable. It's been bugging me for a while, and I figured that someone here out to be able to work out what it is.
