Slightly odd request - anyone who has seen this Disney film may remember that the main bad guy drives around in a huge half track which look like it's been made from several different vehicles.
What I'm looking for is suggestion for the likely source of the truck cab

Thanks for posting that, I haven't been able to find pictures of that before. It's a lot different then I remembered.

Another thing I was looking for, the site has pictures of the villain's car from Oliver & Company as well.

My guess would be a WW2 Diamond T, or possibly an early 50s Kenworth/Peterbilt.
