I believe these can get added due to the increasing number of background vehicles that have appeared in top gear, a perfect example was all of those ones from the second America trip from the salt flats.

I Base this statement on a porsche 928 and volvo v70 that appeared in the studio but werent added because there were others that played a role. I still think it should get added though its an ambulace one compared to James standard one)
