hi I have just purchased a 1940s brown rover 10 that i have been told was in the film DR FINNLEYS CASEBOOK reg EWD 364 can anyone help to confirm this.kind regards andy myers

A film would be easy to check but "Dr. Finlay's Casebook" appears to be a 1962-1971 BBC tv-series of 191 episodes? Another Dr. Finlay series was made in 1993, which is on DVD but not the original series.
