Hello, people! A couple of years ago on the eve of the New Year holiday, I took a picture of a car in Kiev. Could this be a production car, or a special development?

Customized Moskvitch 400-420 or 401-420 OR, but least possible, customized 1930s Opel Kadett (the Moskvitch 400/401 was Kadett's clone)
