After all this time talking to each other over the internet, perhaps you get curious about what the other members look like. I've already seen pictures of Antp, sixcyl, Bebert and a few others, but everyone else, I have not seen. So feel free to post a picture of yourself, ideally a recent one (within the last few years). This was taken about a year ago (in a bar in town), maybe not the best picture of me but it'll do.

Funny how you can imagine a person and how that person can finally look in the end, i'm not sure of what to do, i don't sometimes even like to upload other type of pictures i took so one of me... i don't know, i don't feel it like a safe thing for some reason.

Can i ask you why did you decide to submit one of yourself? i mean weren't you quite against giving any private information about you or your personality at all?

Well I'll admit I was curious about what other members looked like, so I thought if I was going to start this topic I'd better reveal myself. I think it's totally up to each person what they reveal about themselves (I just choose not to reveal much about my life), I don't feel there's that much risk putting a photo of yourself on the internet (if you're old enough not to have certain naiveties about the internet, by this I mean if you're not some 13 year old girl talking to some "boy" in a chatroom), people do it on myspace and facebook, but what I don't really think is such a good idea is putting up your email, home address, phone number etc where just anyone can see it.

I suppose you're right, but what i am really afraid of is someone getting my picture, no matter the intention you know? i don't want anybody copy pasting my picture and owning it, and the other day we had a "problem" in where imageshack swapped the thumbnail of a bus by the one fo a baby submitted by another person to another site we suppose, those are the things i don't like, if we had a place in the website to put our pictures and we knew that they were saved in here and that nobody could take them then i would probabaly accept, but on here...

I have never been one to display photos of myself, partially because I don’t like having my picture taken in the first place. Unless of course, it was a family group photo, then I would compromise. I was always the kid in school who would cover his face with his hand when someone would all-of-a-sudden pull out a camera. Every once in a while I would get lucky, and somebody would yell "Oh my God, someone’s got a camera, duck and cover!" Giving me time to prepare ...

Eyeglasses? I have some since over 28 years.

If anyone needs new ones, I strongly recommend Thailand, at best cominated with a vacation-trip. You'll get them there much cheaper than in Europe. Sure, you must go to a good optican, but the most of them are o.k. I'm still staisfied with my eyeglasses, bought in Thailand in December 2004.

This is from quite a few years ago, but i'm still about the same (a little more grey and a bit more weight.!)
No beard,moustache or long hair anymore.
I've worn glasses since my mid-teens (early one's were dodgy national heath plastic brown rimmed.!) All since my late teens up to now, are Tinted metal framed reacto-lights (or whatever name they're calling them nowadays!) unlike neptune, i'd be too scared to have laser treatment
