Well, I don't know anything about them, but I'm glad to see that even unexpected motor vehicles have their fans.
I rarely, if ever, see purpose-built street sweepers; the thing that does my street is a Nissan cabover with a big tank on the back. It seems like I'm always home when it goes by, so there's a big dirty semicircle where my car parks.

Does FMC stand for food machinery corporation? I was under the impression the only motor vehicle they made was the XR311. In retrospect, that doesn't really make any sense, but the name of the company would support such a conclusion.

My city uses Elgin Pelicans. I'll try to get a picture on street sweeping day, or at the municipal garage.

A street sweeper passed by my house today. This time, it wasn't an Elgin, it was an Allianz Johnston. I didn't get a good look, but it was either a 3000 or MX450.
