All Renault Clio (3, 4) in category wagon are built in Turkey
https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Clio_III
27/05/2021 @ 09:55:47: antp: Mass change model info thread
Some are listed as built in Spain:
https://www.imcdb.org/search.php?resultsStyle=asList&yearFrom=&yearTo=&makeMatch=- 2&make=renault&modelMatch=1&model=clio&modelInclModel=on&mk=&class8=8&origin=&madein=- &madefor=&role=
Is that an error? e.g. if that only applies to the hatchback

I can't find anywhere that the Clio IV has been built in Spain, too
For example: https://www.renaultgroup.com/en/our-company/locations/valladolid-bodywork-assembly-plant-2/
https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Clio_IV

Anyway, I'll do some further research about this, check some VINs etc..
For now, I think we can safely make the III wagon as made in Turkey as by French Wikipedia link

EDIT: here is mentioned the 4 Sporter coming from Turkey, at least in Italy: https://www.ansa.it/motori/notizie/rubriche/prove/2013/02/27/Renault-Clio-Sporter-wagon-connessa-tecnologica_8319860.html?idPhoto=4
No mention of Spain assembly here:

Two requests:
All Fiat Albea [178] should have origin Brazil
All Alfa 164 and 164 Super should have chassis code [164] as confirmed by VINs

All Fiat Albea [178] should have origin Brazil

Is that sure?
From wikipedia article it was designed by an Italian, wasn't that done in Fiat Italy then?
Also, derived from the Palio, that we list as origin from Brazil, but from its article it is not so clear if it was conceived by Fiat Italy or Fiat Brazil.
07/06/2021 @ 12:37:56: 48bux: Mass change model info thread
I read the said article and indeed it's not so clear from it, but, from what we know, the entire [178] platform is a bit foggy concerning its origins, since some sources say that it was anyway designed in Italy starting from an alternative project for Punto I (the so called "Bino") but heavily adapted for Brazil and emerging countries. But anyway, if we list the Palio and the Siena as Brazilian origins, then the Albea should be listed that way too, since it was a reworked Siena. Though, I think the head of [178] platform design was still an Italian (and also, they were mostly Italdesign styling), and there was even some input by Tofas in the EU version of the Albea..not so simple indeed.

I'll update the Albea then, but maybe some day we'll have to change it for that whole "family" if we can find more info.

Chassis code for 2004-2011 Alfa Romeo GT is [937], as per VINs and like the 147 from which it derives.
Chassis code for 2006-2011 Alfa Romeo Brera and 2006-2011 Alfa Romeo Spider is [939], as per VINs and like the 159 from which they derive.

Thanks in advance

Could you please add "Built in Canada" for the Ford Crown Victoria. I'm certain that it's been done before but I'm still finding plenty of them without it. Posters keep submitting them that way and admins aren't catching it.

Done
Indeed that's a little useless to have such comments, I should add some defaults "made in" like we have defaults for "origin".

The Fiat L3/33 in APH (https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=1211913) should be renamed to fit with its siblings, all of which are listed as "Ansaldo-Fiat CV.33".

"Prince Skyline" listed here (https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=1521978) should be "Nissan Prince Skyline" to match with other '67 Skylines in IMCDB.

Updated, but that's rather for the other thread, about identified cars (missed comments), it is not a "mass change".
