Found this in a old bag of pictures ( i was looking for some pics from car shows when i was a kid ). didn't even knew we ever had this thing . the building still exists today and its now a gym. i don't know if the building on the left was another dealer at that time but when i was a kid, it used to be a AMC-Renault-Jeep which turned into a Chrysler-Jeep-Eagle later and a few years ago it became a Hyundai

here is the back of the card. it was done between 1962 and 1965 because Ville of Vimont was created in 1962 before merging with other little municipalities to create the city of Laval in 1965. My grandfather bought his Mercury Topaz there in 1987 ( it had become a Ford dealer by then )

Consul Cortina (launched September 62) and Victor [F] Series 2 on right. Not sure how long it took for Cortinas to arrive in CDN, but suggests a 63 photo. Victor had odd names in CDN - I think sold as Pontiac Envoy at one stage.

Thanks dsl for those precisions. Didn't even knew that Cortina came here (same for the Vauxhall ). According to wikipedia , Envoy was a brand created by GM for Canada to sell Vauxhall thru Chevrolet /Oldsmobile ( a little bit like Geo did for japanese vehicles ).

Not a card but found this while looking for some papers . It was done in 1994 and i did kept it in case i ever see one of them. I don't know if some other dealers did follow and offered it too but despite the dealer in the ad being not far from where i live i never saw one. Maybe they were jealous of Chevy having a bunch of " Z cars " ( 22,24,26,28, etc.. ) so they did a Z23 edition of the Pontiac Sunbird
