In the 8th episode of this anime, we see the main villain, Muzan, sending his family off in an early-1920s looking car (which is an anachronism since this anime/manga is set in the 1910s)... Is this car (posted below) based on anything??

Yes, definitely a Ford T, specifically the Centerdoor Sedan (my favorite bodystyle) with a single central door and stagecoach-style oval rear window.
