Thanks for all the great info! I only knew the Peugeot 309 because there's a clear shot where it shows that on the bootlid :P. The movie takes place mostly in Nice, in France. Hope that helps.

2 - Audi 80/90, Saab 9000
3 - Peugeot 205, by the roof I'd say a convertible (CJ or CTI, I tend the former)
4 - yes, that's a Mk. V Celica (check 2cv AK400 van on the right
5 - Renault 5, last series (2nd generation, post-85)
6 - that's a though one .. could be a Suzuki SJ series (though I never saw one like that) ... I do not know where the movie is taking place (that'd help)
7 - ok
8 - That's a Renault 21 (sedan version), and in front it seems to be a Peugeot 309
9 - That's a Renault Master or Trafic (according to the country), I think LWB
10 - ?
11 - is that a Traction Avant?
12 - car is a Renault 21 SW (it had a specific name, I guess)
13 - Correct, that looks like a Primera hatchback
14 - as #12
15 - another R21 sedan, lloks like the restyled model
16 - I'd say by the dimensions, a Peugeot 405 (typical for a taxi also)

18 - yes, that a Mk.I Clio
19 - correct, Peugeot 309
20 - That's a Citreon BX

Good shots the bikes are difficult, hope only for my untrained eye

Rather a big ask, this. I recently watched 'The Statement' (2003, Michael Caine, Tilda Swinton...) and took a whole bunch of (20) screencaps from the film of the various cars and bikes that appeared.

I've posted them all up on ImageShack (didn't know where else to put them) but I haven't identified all (or any :P) of them. So, I'm asking the IMCDb community to help me identify all these little buggers. Some are background vehicles, and a few are ones used by the main characters and what not. Any help would be appreciated. Most of them are French makes (Renaults, Citroens and Peugeots), and almost from pre-1995 (as the film is set in 1992). Thanks!
