Thanks "wrenchhead". Yes, I watched the show (all 52 hours of it) on Speed Channel (actually my wife taped each day and I watched it the NEXT day, so that I could skip quickly through the commercials and the cars of little nterest to me). I used to attend the show in person, until the start of the New Millennium, when the organizers began charging big bucks to enter the bidding arena. Now I just watch the show on TV. Sadly, all the best Cadillacs have already been seized by private collectors; only rarely does a nice one come up for sale and even MORE RARELY at a price a tax-payer could afford !!!

The Speed Channel had the barrett/jackson auctions and one car sold was this 1906 Cadillac. Thought you might want to see it. It sold for $100,000+
