I just bought a new car but I was thinking about a second vehicle. If I decide to go with my animal instinct I will go with a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and work it into a performance machine. More practically I was thinking about getting a small 4-cylinder truck like an S10, Sonoma, or Hombre.

I would by either an old Mini (60's prefered, 70's okay), Ford Probe or a Porsche 924. All are under or on A$10,000, but would prefer to spend less

The way gas prices are going, it will have to be a small, 4-cyl. job and probably Japanese ...much as I love the "old American iron".

I know for some people it'd be way out of their head, but I'm just wondering. :clindoeil:

I hope a Ford Mustang GT Coupe (maybe in black). It's not that easy to get them here in Germany.

For me it'd be too soon  .If I wanted to buy a new car and had the money, (We'll say I'll buy a new car in 2015), I'd take a Mercedes C-Class, Chrysler 300C, Acura RL, or a Cadillac. These cars are most likely to be a Certified Pre Owned.

Personally I cant live without a Jaguar, I`ve had them since I was 23 & I currently have 3 XJ`s.

Petrol prices are killing me (I get an average 16mpg@£1.02 ltr, its not cheap, thats something like $10 u.s. a gallon which will take you 13 miles in town).

I plan to sell all my cars next year & having a 98-02 X308 Jaguar XJR(the pinnacle of XJ design in my eyes), preferably in black & a cheap but lovable town car, something like a 90`s Fiat Panda 1000CLX or maybe a 1.4SX Tipo.

I did do this when I got my 1st Jag, the plan was to use my Fiat Uno 1.0 during the week & only use the Jaguar at the weekend, but I couldnt help myself, the Uno was almost immediately abandoned at home!

I don't have a car (of course, i don't have a license) but we can get tax free cars over here on the German army bases so i might have somethinglike a new Fiesta, as they are so cheap.

I wrote in the forum, that the one and only ultimate car for me is an Mercedes 300 SEL 6.3
Sometimes I'll buy one.

An Audi 60 or an DAF 44 would be interesting too. sometimes I was also thinking about an Glas 1700 TS.
Also about an NSU RO 80, but there are the owners the problem.

As all-day-car I would like to have something big, but cheap. Perhaps I willbuy someday a VW Phaeton. The prices for used one are crushing down as hell. Surely the day will come, when a Phaeton costs the same money like a same aged Golf. Then I'll buy it.

I'm liking the Outlook/Acadia as well. Think it'd be a good replacement for my Passat wagon. Since it still has life left and my Chevy PU makes going to the hardware store easy...don't think i'll be replacing those.

My next car, since i'm near the beach and also enjoy driving around downtown, would have to be a convertible. I haven't decided if i'm going new or old. If newer it's between a Mustang GT convertible, a 2002+ Thunderbird or I'd really like a 06+ Beetle Cabrio (especially the Triple White edition). If old I'm thinking either an old Beetle vert, a Cabriolet or maybe even a Cabrio. If I went Cabriolet, I'd leave it stock. If Cabrio, then i'd lower it with some nice rims and an intake and nice exhaust. Luckily I have no money...so I've got tons of time to figure out which route to take.
