Not my car, some owner before me problebly though they were unnecessary.
And the law says you must have seatbelts in a car that is from 1968 or newer so the carinspection have never mentioned it either.

No I will not repair this car, will use it for parts or turn it into a convertible.

I know and I didn't, the problem if you don't adjust your drumbrakes once in a while the car will not go in a stright line when you lock the breakes, as here.

I'm surprised it held together as well as it did.You're lucky not to be dead. A word of advice: NEVER swerve for an animal. You have a much better chance of surviving if you hit it than if you swerve, for obvious reasons.

To flip a 44 year old car with no seatbelts in 100 km/h is not the best thing to do...
Note the A-Pillar, the windscreen (witch is in one piece!) is in the right position, the pillar is not.
