It's either 'Born Loosers' (1967) or 'Mad Max' (1979) not so good with many biker movies but I love em!

It must be a film of the 70s. I remember only one scene.
I guy on a motorbike is chased by a whole gang of biker clad in black leather.
Finally they surround him...

Is there maybe someone who knows the title of the movie??
