Mrs Miniver was made by MGM in Hollywood. The bus is definitely a fake built using a real American bus - you can see a passenger door on the right, just behind the front wheel.................

Looking this logo of the car, I think is a Bentley (with covered headlights)
But it isn't with the typical figure in front part
