haha nope its neither of those... its hard to explain the colour its realy not a nice colour realy and doesnt look original so should stand out. problem being is the part it played i guess was quite small as it doesnt show up in the database. but there must of been a reason for the bright colour? the guy that imported it (the one my father bought it from) bought the car from the movie set i believe , cheers for the help tho dude. oh and we think it was at least prior to 1990 that the film was made. as the car was imported in 91

Hey guys im new here. been wondering this for years.... well since 1993 actually and had no luck finding any info. just been directed to this forum from a link on another. and thought someone here may be able to help me

basically in 92/3 my father bought a recently imported (into uk) 51 pontiac cheiftain , its the 4 door model and had a cloth interior. with a 3.0 flathead straight 6.

we were told upon purchace that it was painted lime/apple green for a movie in america. The car was originally black. we have wondered this for years. would make our day to be able to find and watch the film even if it was only a b movie and the car only had a bit part.
