I remember them, they were sold at Tesco ! I bought a different one during a trip to England, back in 2008.
And what a haul I got! I found Realtoys at Tesco and ToysRUs, some Matchbox and a HW Treasure Hunt Dodge Viper, but the Jada Jeep Commander was more of a "what was I thinking?" moment. The four Vitesse 1/43 models and the Corgi Harry Potter vehicles were all found at a TKMaxx. Both rally cars have an opening bonnet/hood with engine detail, and driver/navigator figures.

Baube
I thought the presence of that flag would make the sale of this scale model impossible in America. But then Baube is in Canada, so maybe Norev has a separate canadian importer.
Received an email a few days ago from a store based in Kentucky and they did had the General Lee in full markings , the Norev one and one from Greenlight .

Meanwhile, a new batch of Matchbox this month at Action stores.
The Mazda is nice, the McLaren is beautiful, but I don't understand Matchbox & Hot Wheels designers' fixation towards the Toyota 4Runner. This must be the third casting of the same model.

Here in Europe it has probably much less meaning than in USA. For us it is just some American folklore
Like you can see Nazi flags in Japan used like any army symbol, which would be unthinkable in Germany, and not very well seen in rest of Europe either.

This one has a problem.. how the Duke boys are gonna get in if the windows are up ?
I guess the fine people at Norev in Lyon never got the memo about how the Confederate flag isn't welcome these days.

Saturn CV1 is definitely something i'd like to see ..
I guess it's the old Maisto 3-inch model. They made nearly all of GM's concept cars from around 2000.
