Seems that the other language version was there before it was reinstated. Why not build a French language version, Antoine?

I updated the page yesterday but the changes are only visible when I'm logged in
What's the trick? Is it waiting for some sort of validation by a Wikipedia admin because it is considered as my first contribution? (previous ones are not linked anymore to my account, after they made changes to have global accounts across all their sites)
