It looks exactly the same except for the fact that in that article it says it came with a protruding boot which enclosed the spare wheel, here however there is no boot and the wheel is on the outside.
Can someone please explain why this is?

I have been told it is an Austin but i have no idea what model/year it is, can someone help me out?
If someone has a link to an article about it would be even better.
