Grange Hill was long-running children's series, mainly set in school classrooms with some exterior filming. All cars will probably be background street scenes or possibly teachers car park. A great series which most UK contributors under the age of 50 will have watched for a few years at some stage in their lives, so could well be worth an imcdb entry.

The cars in the picture are (right to left) a late Merc [W114/5] with groved lights, 1969+ Viva HB 4 door, and 1969+ Escort Mk1 van - mildly interesting but typical of period.

In terms of the lighting, these big format lamps were used a lot in 70s or 80s on main roads, but high electric consumption so abandoned in 90s for more efficient/compact formats.

I found a picture posted at High-Street Fluorescent Streetlamps in BBC2 TV Program in one of the "Grange Hill" episode. Since there is none posted at IMCDb, are any of these vehicles worth listing there? This is from Grange Hill (1978–2008).
