Two questions;
1)Why was the 1977 Ford F-Series rejected?
2)Why hasn't this title been accepted yet, even though one other that I submitted a couple of days later has?

I don't know if anybody wants to take this off of my hands, but here's a link to a 1980 educational short film on school bus safety called

The movie was produced by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, and features a circa 1979 International Harvester S-Series school bus, and a few vintage 1960's and 1970's background vehicles as well.
