For the Supra it is widely used

MK shouldn’t be used on NA entries; even some that currently use them Prius and Mitsubishi (i think eclipse).
Most have chassis codes specific to their generation which would separate them without a need for an MK.

For the Prius aren't these often referenced by their generation?
It is not used officially, of course, but by car enthusiasts.

Yes, it's a fan thing. I remember a "Mark" was added on Eclipses, Priuses and Supras, because "that's how their fans refer to them". On Eclipses, the "Mk" was quickly changed to "G" (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G) because that's the formulation they used in Eclipse forums. I can't argue with that, but I'm glad it hasn't been expanded to other japanese cars. For some models it would be a minefield.

Yes, that one is big.
I changed the three to MPV.

Okay, now I think maybe it really looks too large to be a hatchback

I think they should be changed the other way...
Wikipedia lists them as mini-MPV:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Note
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_Livina
The Note is related to the Renault Modus that we listed mostly as MPV:
https://www.imcdb.org/search.php?resultsStyle=asList&sortBy=0&make=renault&model=- modus
(and that Wikipedia also lists as mini-MPV)

Stops us getting a cluster of unspecified Fiestas where no year has been entered.
Well, these have the year, normally
