It's not a P71. It's a former NYC Taxi. It's a 1998 P72. It has a rooflight switch of the left side of the steering wheel, you can see it on the screenshot, also handles on rear doors panels and has a traces of a rubber bumper protectors on rear and front bumpers. Hole in the hood lid, left by a medallion. Holes in front and rear bumper is left by bumper guards, not of a pushbumper. Believe me. I collecting info, about a NYC Taxi, many years.
