Honda sold a sedan version of the first generation Acura Integra in Canada, but not the US. Here's a few on the site:

Spotted this Honda on a street view in Canada. It looks like a 1986-89 accord with an Acura Integra nose and the rear looks like a Honda Vigor with the backup lights flipped to the top instead of bottom. If it was a Vigor it would also be right-hand-drive, no?
