Looks like there are several Season 5 episodes that were never completed, and this would be in one of them. Looks like APS221 stopped at Episode 5.16, and you are looking for Episode 5.18, "Return of the Black Shadow".

A Vincent Black Shadow was featured prominently on an episode of The Rockford Files. Bo Hopkins was a friend of Jim's whose sister was attacked by a motorcycle gang. Hopkins infiltrates the gang riding an old Vincent. Anyone know the year of the bike or have any photos to post? Thank you.
