The code for the like button is generated the same way on all pages

Some pages (presumably older ones, cutoff date unknown) have the like button missing, while other recent pages still have them... Either way for some reason the FB like buttons tell me I'm not logged in despite me still being logged in to Facebook

It happened yesterday too but that time it went back to normal after refreshing...

Hmm, I tried to set my VPN to the US and Japan but it still didn't work with either...

It is country-related.
They got rid of it in Europe due to legislation (GDPR), maybe they had to do the same for Australia.

we use Firefox and its there ( well, for my sister's laptop )

Tried in both Edge and Chrome, same thing. Also tried both desktop and phone.

Are you talking about the one under each pic when we go to a car's page or there was another one somewhere else ?

Because the one on car pages is there if i get here with my sister's laptop
